How to get samples?
A.Sample lead time: about 5-7 days after artwork confirmation
B.Sample fee
(1)Samples without printing-0$ ( before placing order )
(2)Sample with printings-about 80-100$, but it denpends on product
(before placing order )
After you place an order we will refund you the sample fee if your
order amount is over 800$.
(3)Sample with printings-0$( after the order and deposit)
C.Sample is going to delivered by Express ( Fedex,DHL,etc)

1. How can I get the price?
- Please provide information needed to quote price, including
quantity, box dimension, printing color, surface finish, insert,
etc. We usually quote within 24 hours after getting your inquiry
(except holidays). Price can be offered in 2 hours if it is
urgently needed.
2. Can I get samples before placing orders?
- Yes. Samples at stock are free of charge, only express cost on
your side. For custom sample, normally it is US$50 - US$150 and it
can be refundable when bulk order quantity reaches 5,000pcs.
3. How to start production?
- Normally we start production after receiving finalized
designs/approval on the PP sample and 30% deposit. 70% balance is
to be paid before we arrange shipment.
4. What is your turn-around time?
- Normally sample time 7 days + production time 15 days + air
shipping 12 days/ sea shipping 30 days.
5. What is your payment term?
- T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram, Paypal.This is negotiable.
6. What is the shipping method?
- By sea,by air or by express(EMS,UPS,DHL,TNT,FEDEX and ect).
